Materials used to make EZIPOP brochure dispensers

EZIPOPs are produced using cardboard manufactured to ISO1401 Environmental Management System Certification. The board is produced using pulp from certified, well managed, sustainable plantation forests and bleaching is Elemental Chlorine Free. All best practice environmentally friendly printing processes are used, with all printers waste recycled.

Experience shows that EZIPOPs are stronger than many alternatives, because they won’t shatter or crack if dropped, they’re flexible enough to accommodate shipping and handling stresses and they’re lighter, so easier to handle. They can be stored completely flat, so they take up a lot less space so they avoid handling and damage issues associated with bulky packages.

EZIPOP brochure holders and product dispensers sizes?

We make Standard and Generic EZIPOP brochure holders to take standard DL size brochures and these are also suitable for many US sized trifolds that measure 4” across. The Standard depth is 30mm or 1 1/8” and we can also supply other sizes to suit A5, A4 or multiple pocket requirements. Dispenser EZIPOPs are custom sized to suit the product and application. Printing EZIPOP brochure stands or dispensers in special colours or effects

Although we normally use 4 process colours, we can use special PMS colours and metallics etc. Blind embossing, spot UV varnishing and foiling are available for a special effect and added impact at POS. Production timing for EZIPOP displays

Timing depends on many things: Generic EZIPOPs are available off the shelf for immediate delivery, Standard EZIPOPs take around 8 to 12 working days from final approved artwork, custom sized or styled EZIPOPs timing depends on the individual specifics and can be estimated once these facts are known. Brochures per EZIPOP

We are often asked this question, "How many of our DL brochures will the Standard EZIPOP hold". The answer is that it depends on how many pages your brochure contains and the thickness of that paper. Multi page brochures or booklets bulge out at the spine and therefore take up more space than single sheets. The internal depth of our Standard DL size (4" wide) EZIPOP is 30mm (1 3/16"), so the most accurate way to decide on quantity of brochures per unit is to measure your proposed brochures against this internal depth. EZIPOP leaflet or product dispensers supplied fully packed

We can and often do supply EZIPOP brochure holders and product dispensers fully packed with brochures, literature or product and then we usually pack them into suitable outers for secure shipment.
